Encore Fellowships are operated through a network of local, regional and national program operators that run programs as part of their services to build capacity of social sector organizations.

What Program Operators Do

  • Create high impact fellowship opportunities — by working closely with Work Hosts, the social sector organizations that need skilled talent
  • Identify skilled professionals — prospective Fellows who come both from the community and sponsoring corporations
  • Match the Fellows and host organizations — achieving the best fit of skills and experience with needs
  • Ensure success — providing training, support and resources to both Work Hosts and individuals.
  • Build a network of support — offering professional development and networking opportunities for Fellows
