2008 Encore Career Survey

The results of this 2008 survey, sponsored by MetLife Foundation and Encore.org and conducted by Peter D. Hart Research Associates, found that between 5.3 million and 8.4 million Americans ages 44 to 70, up to 9.5 percent of people in that age group, are already in encore careers.
