Deborah Dinkelacker

Deborah Dinkelacker has 30 years of management experience in leadership roles in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, most recently as President of Volunteer Match and Chief Operating Officer at the Medicare Rights Center. In her Encore Fellowship at the Community Resource Exchange (CRE), a non-profit consulting firm that works with community-based, social justice-oriented nonprofits in the five boroughs of New York City, Deborah leveraged her background in marketing and strategic planning. She is driving the development of CRE’s marketing, communications, and brand strategies, and training staff in effective approaches to business development.
