Clare Hare

Clare Hare spent the last 10 years as an entrepreneur operating her own women ‘s resortwear company, Clare Hare Darien. Prior to that, she spent time at McKinsey & Co. and Goldman Sachs. Clare brought her knowledge of finance, strategy and marketing to NYC-based Neighborhood Trust. In her Encore Fellowship, Clare created and sold an “Employer Solution” prospectus, enabling Neighborhood Trust to successfully fundraise start-up and operating funds for this workplace-based social venture to bank the working poor.
