In just a few weeks, for the first time in history, we will have more people over 60 in the US than under 18. We could be looking at a massive generation gap, escalating conflict over scarce resources, and life-threatening loneliness at both ends of the lifespan.

Or we could see that we have everybody we need to create a world where every child is surrounded by a web of support anchored by older generations, and everyone has a sense of extended family, a sense of home.
