Got a story about making an impact in your community? Enter our Encore Story Slam and get some “thank-you” goodies from Encore.org.

During the month of April, Encore.org is giving away our nifty aluminum water bottle and copies of journalist Nicholas Kristof’s newest book, “A Path Appears,” to the first 50 people over age 50 whose stories are published.

If accepted, your story will be published in our new online collection, Stories from the Encore Movement, which showcases first-person stories by experienced adults helping to tackle some of society’s most urgent challenges.
