Susan Davis

I teach people how to use a “conscious”€™ innovation method developed over 40 years to help towns go green, using self-organized, collaborative networks of leaders from the region.

The focus is on shifting to solar energy, sustainable land use, toxic cleanup, organic growing, social investing, corporate social responsibility, the economic empowerment of women, micro-enterprise, local living economies and raising consciousness.

I had developed the method (called “KINS Innovation Networks”) in my company, Capital Missions, and wanted to gift it to the world rather than to sell the method for money. So I learned how to teach it to others and gifted it to the nonprofit I respect most, Green America, where I teach it now.

Our impact is that dozens of KINS innovation networks are being started all over the world, including by those who read my free book, The Trojan Horse of Love€. Some networks are used to create conscious, sustainable communities and others for a wide range of missions shown on the KINS website.

I would like the world to know that older workers are wise to the idea that “we are all one”€™ rather than being focusing on competition, so our work manifests as a good deal for all, including Earth.
