ABOUT CECILY

Cecily provides operational leadership in the areas of information management and technology. She provides user management and training for all software, databases and applications, and she develops, designs and configures systems as needed. Cecily is a certified Salesforce Administrator.

Prior to joining Encore.org in 2013, Cecily worked in the banking industry for 10 years as a Senior Trust Officer; she managed teams on multimillion dollar bond issuances for organizations such as the San Francisco Ballet and many California municipalities. Cecily left banking when she and her husband moved to Taipei and Hong Kong.

Upon her return, Cecily earned a master’s degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, and served as Finance and Operations Manager at the National Equity Project, a nonprofit working with schools, foundations and community groups to dramatically improve educational experiences, outcomes and life options for historically underserved students and families.
