Lawrence Cargnoni is applying more than 30 years leading global systems software development teams with Hewlett Packard Enterprise in his Encore Fellowship with the City of San Jose Mayor’s office. In his Encore Fellowship Larry is driving SJ Works Mentorship Program that focuses on intergenerational mentoring to help at risk youth.
